THOWBA — Refund Policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unaltered, with all original packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, contact us at thowbahmoody@thowba.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. THOWBA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

OPACITY GUARANTEE

If your Fajr shows transparency over black during normal wear, this is covered under our opacity guarantee and is handled separately from our standard return policy. Contact us at thowbahmoody@thowba.com and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. No return shipping required on your part.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

— Gift cards and store credit

— Items that have been worn, altered, or laundered

— Items returned without prior authorization

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unaltered, with all original packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
