Returns

We offer 14-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at hello@thowba.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

This goes beyond our standard return policy.

If your Thowba thobe shows any transparency over black during normal wear — at any point — email us at hello@thowba.com. We will send you a replacement unit free of charge, no questions asked, no return required.
